BSV Exhibition Sat 6th and Sun 7th October 2012

Exhibition details are included in the August 20^thpost below.  Scroll down the page or check the flyer in the LINKS section below right.  The Exhibition is being held in the Box Hill Town Hall and is open from 9am to 5pm on Saturday October 6 and from 9am to 4pm on Sunday October 7.  Daylight saving starts on Sunday so ADJUST YOUR CLOCKS so you get there on time.

We know BSV Members exhibiting trees will be well advanced with their preparation.  Trees will need to be delivered to the BSV Committee at the Box Hill Town Hall on Friday 5 October 2012.  Exhibition preparations begin at 10-30am so your trees should preferably be delivered in the afternoon.  Please advise a Committee member, if your delivery is expected to be later in the day.  If you are able to help with the Exhibition set up, please join us at the Box Hill Town Hall from 10-30am.

Make sure your family and friends are aware of the Exhibition location and opening times and are being encouraged to attend.  I am sure they would like to see your trees on display along with the artistry of Society members.  There will also be light refreshments and bonsai related items available for sale.
