The Bonsai Society of Victoria held their 2013 Annual Bonsai Exhibition on the first weekend in October.  This year, the Society awarded two best tree prizes in the Exhibition; one judged by an expert in the field and the other voted best tree by those attending the Exhibition.  While those attending the Exhibition would have had the opportunity to view the judges choice for best tree, votes for the People's Choice were not counted until late Sunday.  It is with great pleasure that the Bonsai Society of Victoria announces that the Weeping Sticky Wattle styled by Marcela was chosen as winner of the Peoples Choice Award.  If you need a reminder, a photo is included below.
